Role Overview

We're hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to help shape the core of our next-gen agentic AI platform, enabling businesses to build, test, deploy, and manage intelligent agents.

You'll work across the full development stack—from crafting dynamic UI/UX workflows to engineering backend microservices for agent building, deployments, integrations, and observability.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role collaborating with Design, DevOps, and AI teams to deliver a seamless, scalable, modular platform across SaaS and enterprise environments.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment and enjoys building modern platforms from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement UI components using modern frameworks (React, Next.js, or Vue).
• Develop scalable, modular APIs and backend services (REST/GraphQL) for agent operations, integrations, and runtime management.
• Collaborate with Product and UX to translate user stories into functional interfaces and backend logic.
• Ensure role-based access, multi-tenant awareness, and secure data flows across front and back layers.
• Create responsive designs with accessibility and cross-device compatibility in mind.
• Implement real-time interactions and logs (WebSocket/Event streaming).
• Write unit/integration tests across the stack; perform debugging and performance tuning.
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline integration and deployment via Docker/Kubernetes with DevOps.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
• Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript with frameworks like React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js.
• Backend proficiency in Node.js, Python, or Go—building scalable APIs and services.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or equivalent databases.
• Proficient in containerization (Docker) and working within cloud-native CI/CD environments.
• Understanding of modular frontend/backend architecture and microservices.
• Familiarity with authentication, RBAC, and multi-tenant SaaS design patterns.
• Hands-on experience working with Git, Agile practices, and collaborative tools (Jira, Confluence).
